Picturing Skills Karen's ability to see pictures in her mind's eye is one of her most cherished skills. Education Karen has a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree from San Jose State University and has subsequently studied with mentors and taken coursework to support web design, graphic arts, magazine publication and marketing.

Business Experience Karen served a key role in launching a leading nationwide work/life benefits company and for the past several years served as its Director of Business Development. She has an in-depth understanding of marketing techniques and strategies and believes they can be be applied to reach any goal, whether business or personal. In the past, Karen has also founded three of her own businesses, served as a work/life consultant, and served as a curriculum coordinator for a chain of urban preschools.
